Insanity Max: 30® is one of my favorite programs with celebrity fitness trainer Shaun T. I did this start-to-finish and lost 10 inches! This program challenged me in many ways and helped with my speed and endurance for running. If you are a beginner, you can take the impact down and follow the modifier in this program. PiYO will help you carve an intensely defined physique with low impact, fat burning exercise. I recommend this program for those of you who don’t want all the jumping around and strain on your joints, but still want an effective workout that will get you results. I also recommend this as a great compliment to any running program. I achieved my 5K PR while doing PiYo! It’s a great combination of strength and flexibility with NO equipment required. Learn more »
